Apple Brings Back iPhone 15 Pro And 15 Pro Max For The 1st Time — At Lower Prices (2025)

Apple discontinued the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max in September 2024. It’s now returned for the first time to Apple Stores in the U.K. with both sizes of phone, several storage capacities and, in some cases, all colors available. As usual, Amazon in the U.K. has its own offers, which are here, too.

You still can’t buy it direct from Apple in the U.S., but its return to the refurbished section of the Apple website for British buyers may presage wider availability soon.

Apple routinely retires its Pro models each year when the next-gen iPhones are released, and whether or when they will come back is not revealed ahead of time, they just appear. Which is what has just happened

Buying refurbished is a good way to save money while being sure that the quality of the phone is very strong, especially if you buy direct from Apple. You get the same warranty as with a brand-new iPhone, all manuals and accessories, a new battery and outer shell and “a new white box,” as Apple describes it.

There’s an extra reason why refurbished iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are of interest over previous Pro models — they are the only iPhones outside the latest iPhone 16 series which can run Apple Intelligence.

The iPhone 15 Pro with 128GB storage originally cost £999 ($1,325) new. Apple reduces this price to £919 ($1,219) and then knocks another £140 ($185.72) off for refurbished condition, leaving a total cost of £779 ($1,033). With 256GB storage, the cost new at launch was £1,099 ($1,457). Apple reduces this price by £80 ($106) and then another £150 ($199), so the price now is £869 ($1,152). It’s available in natural titanium and blue titanium from this link.

If you want 512GB storage, that iPhone, which was originally £1,299 ($1,723) new, is now £1,039 ($1,378) thanks to the combined discounts which add up to £260 ($345), available here in black titanium only.

Amazon has its own renewed section and there are lower prices here than Apple offers —though some come from third-party sellers, meaning the consistency of quality isn’t guaranteed. This is the Amazon iPhone 15 Pro link. For 128GB storage, you’ll pay £622 ($827) in natural titanium, £629 (£837) in blue titanium, £635 (S845) in black titanium and £638.65 ($850) in white titanium.

For 256GB, the prices are these: £703.08 ($935) in natural titanium, £669.99 (£891) in blue titanium, £684.97 (S911) in black titanium and £750 ($998) in white titanium. Not only are the prices lower here, but there’s the full range of colors on offer in 128GB and 256GB storage capacities.

For 512GB storage: £809 ($1,076) in natural titanium, £816.30 (S1,086) in black titanium and £900.85 ($1,198) in white titanium (blue titanium isn’t available in this storage level. You can even pick 1TB storage at Amazon. It’s £848.19 ($1,128) in natural titanium, £919.99 ($1,224) in blue titanium, or £983.99 ($1,309) in black titanium.

The bigger-screened iPhone 15 Pro Max is also available refurbished for the first time in the U.K. Apple Store, too. Here are the prices and the link to buy it.

The lowest storage capacity for the Max is 256GB and it originally cost £1,199 ($1,590) new. After the initial price drop of £80 ($106) off, there’s a further £170 ($226) discount, so the price of this is £949 ($1,259), available from this link, in all four colors.

Finally, you can also choose the iPhone 15 Pro Max with 512GB storage. This was originally £1,399 ($1,856) new, dropping by £80 ($106) and now with a further £200 off, making it £1,119 ($1,484) from this link, in black titanium or natural titanium.

Amazon has the larger iPhone 15 Pro Max, too, at this link. For 256GB storage, all four colors are on offer. For 256GB storage, it’s £739.85 ($) in natural titanium, £749.90 ($) in blue titanium and £769.99 ($)in white titanium. As for black titanium, this isn’t a great deal: it’s £909.99 ($), which is not much less than Apple and you can buy black titanium with 1TB storage from Amazon in renewed condition for just £4 more.

For 512GB storage, it’s £869.99 ($1,157) in natural titanium, £819.75 ($1,091) in blue titanium, £809.97 ($1,078) in black titanium and £869.99 ($1,157) in white titanium.

For 1TB storage, it’s £899.99 ($1,197) in natural titanium, £1,044.47 ($1,390) in blue titanium, £913.90 ($1,216) in black titanium and £910.73 ($1,212)in white titanium.
